    摘要: An unoccupied frequency band (W) is detected in a telecommunications network by obtaining first values relating to a signal received (r(n)) for respective corresponding times, in this frequency band. Next, a compound signal is obtained in the form of vectors (Yn) respectively associated with these first values, each vector having M components resulting respectively from the products of the first value associated with said vector and M second values relating to the signal received respectively for M offset times (ti) shifted with respect to the time corresponding to said first value, M being a greater integer. Next, at least one first and one second energy vector (EL, EH) are determined, each containing M components corresponding respectively to energy values of the compound signal for the M offset times, respectively on a first frequency band and on a second frequency band, which are situated either side of a reference frequency. Finally, a decision is made as to whether said frequency band is unoccupied on the basis of a comparison of a distribution of the energy values of the compound signal over the first frequency band and of a distribution of the energy values of the compound signal over the second frequency band.

    摘要: A system and method organize a network of communicating objects in at least one partition comprising a plurality of communication cells respectively covered by a plurality of leader nodes, the network having a set of allocatable addresses split into a plurality of address pools distributively managed by the leader nodes. Upon a new node arrival, phase (a) and possibly phase (b) are executed. During phase (a), if the new node detects a leader node, it allocates an address from its managed address pool and the new node assumes a member node roll in the leader node cell. If the new node does not detect any leader node in its vicinity, it goes on to the phase (b), wherein, if the new node detects a first cell member node, it assumes the role of leader covering a second cell, obtains an available pool of managed addresses and is allocated one of the obtained addresses.

    摘要: A method is provided for processing a data packet on reception, where the data packet is transmitted by a first node to a second node over a link of a wireless electronic communications network. The packet includes a header and payload data. The method includes a step of receiving the data packet in two stages, a first stage of receiving the header and a second stage of receiving the payload data. The first stage includes the following steps performed by the second node on receiving a header of the data packet: detecting in the received preamble an authentication preamble for authenticating the link; using the data packet authentication preamble to authenticate the link; and in the event of the authentication having a positive result, deciding to trigger the second stage of receiving the payload data from the data packet.
