摘要： The present invention provides a method for establishing an expression system of spider dragline silk gene in Bombyx mori. The rate of transformation is about 0.5-1%. In the silk protein produced by the transgenic Bombyx mori obtained by the method of the present invention, the spider dragline silk gene product account for 30% of the total silk proteins.
