摘要: Disclosed is a disposable blood collecting instrument that stably secures a sufficient volume of blood with a single puncture. A tip portion of a piercing body of a lancet contained within a housing projects by means of a biasing force of a spring assembly, and a surrounding area of an opening of the housing is made a transparent visible portion with a visible interior. Additionally, the disposable blood collecting instrument has been formed such that the spring assembly is contained within housing farther behind the piercing body than a position of the tip portion of the piercing body that has entered within the housing after piercing.

摘要: A disposable lancing device including: a lancet housed in a housing and urged by a spring member such that a puncture member provided at a distal end of the lancet is adapted to extend out from the housing so as to carry out a puncturing operation; a locking ring disposed within the housing such that the lancet is allowed to displace in an extension direction through the locking ring; a locking protrusion provided to the lancet and adapted to be engaged by the locking ring so as to hold the lancet in a puncture-ready position located deep in the housing with the spring member being compressed; and an operating member adapted to carry out the puncturing operation by rotating the locking ring so as to disengage the locking protrusion from the locking ring and displace the lancet in the extension direction by means of the spring member.

摘要: A liquid medicine self-administration device including a flexible reservoir, an operating member, a pushing member to move with respect to the operating member and to induce pressure deformation of the reservoir, and engaging means engages the operating member. With the operating member engaged by the engaging means, the pushing member is relatively moved to the operating member based on restoring force of a spring member to push the reservoir by the pushing member. By disengaging means moving in unison with the pushing member, the engaging means is released from an engaged state with respect to the operating member, when the pushing member has moved to a predetermined location while pushing the reservoir.
