Abstract: An image processing apparatus is disclosed. The image processing apparatus includes plural image outputting filters disposed corresponding to plural image outputting devices, a preview image filter which forms a preview image of an image to be output from each of the plural image outputting filters, a setting interface section which interfaces settings for outputting the preview image to be output from the preview image filter with settings for outputting the image to be output from each of the plural image outputting filters, and a processing order control section which controls executing processes in the image outputting filter corresponding to the preview image in the plural image outputting filters after receiving a report of completion of outputting the preview image from the preview image filter. An additional image outputting filter can be installed in the image processing apparatus and an existing image outputting filter can be uninstalled from the image processing apparatus.
