摘要： With objectives of providing a transparent board with conductive multi-layer antireflection, under condition of high transmissivity not only on a glass substrate but also on a non-glass transparent substrate with property of conductivity and demanded resistance at most exterior surface, laminating at least three layer thin films on a transparent substrate provides with an effect of high transmissivity by suppressing reflection from interference of optical waves, in which the transparent first dielectric layer thin film on the substrate that has a higher refractive index than the substrate has, the transparent second dielectric layer thin film next to the first-layer film that has a lower refractive index than the substrate has, and the most exterior transparent third conductive-layer thin film.

摘要： A touch panel has excellent visibility and little waviness on respective elements even if the touch panel is exposed in a severe temperature or moisture environment. The touch panel includes an upper electrode sheet and a lower electrode board having respective transparent electrodes face to each other, and both of the sheet and the board are made of respective materials containing an identical main component to each other. In the touch panel, differences in dimensional changes due to the severe environment are restrained so as to be small. Therefore, waviness on the upper electrode sheet and warp of the lower electrode board scarcely occur, and the touch panel can maintain excellent visibility.
