摘要: A method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescence device includes forming a first organic electroluminescence layer at least on a first lower electrode, forming a first protective layer on the first organic electroluminescence layer, processing the first organic electroluminescence layer and the first protective layer, forming a second organic electroluminescence layer at least on a second lower electrode, forming a second protective layer on the second organic electroluminescence layer, and processing the second organic electroluminescence layer and the second protective layer. The second organic electroluminescence layer and the second protective layer, which have been processed by the processing the second organic electroluminescence layer and the second protective layer, cover an end portion of the first organic electroluminescence layer and an end portion of the first protective layer, which have been processed by the processing the first organic electroluminescence layer and the first protective layer.

摘要: To solve a problem that, in a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting device using a step of releasing a layer formed on a release layer by dissolving the release layer, released film flakes are not dissolved in a removing liquid for dissolving the release layer, and thus may drift in the removing liquid and may adhere to a surface of a substrate after patterning to cause defective patterning, provided is a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting device, including forming the release layer continuously over multiple light emitting portions to cause the size of the released film flakes to be large. This may reduce the possibility that the released film flakes adhere to the surface of the substrate and may facilitate, even when the released film flakes once adhere to the surface of the substrate, removal of the released film flakes later, thereby suppressing defective patterning.

摘要: Provided is an organic light-emitting device having little apparent deterioration of a durable luminance. The organic light-emitting device includes a hole transport layer and a light-emitting layer which are located in a predetermined order between a reflection electrode for reflecting light and an electrode for transmitting light, the hole transport layer being in contact with the reflection electrode and made of an organic compound, and the light-emitting layer being made of an organic compound, wherein an optical film thickness L of the hole transport layer is set in a range of 0.25λ×(2n −1.7) to 0.25λ×(2n−1.3), where λ indicates an emission wavelength and n indicates a positive integer.

The method of the present invention is a method of producing an electronic device including: a first organic layer formation step of forming a first organic layer on a first electrode, and a second organic layer formation step of forming a second organic layer on the first organic layer, wherein the method further includes a heating step of heating the first electrode before the first organic layer formation step, and wherein the first organic layer formation step includes a first organic layer vapor-deposition step of forming the first organic layer on the heated first electrode by vapor-deposition and a cooling step of cooling the first organic layer.
