摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a technique for bringing a center of gravity of a battery-powered power tool closer to a working axis of a tool bit in the battery-powered power tool.The battery-powered power tool performs an operation by movement of a tool bit 119 in an axial direction of the tool bit. The power tool includes a battery 110, a motor 111 that is driven by power supply from the battery 110, a mechanical arrangement 113, 115, 117 that drives the tool bit 119 by rotative power transmitted from the motor 111, and a tool body 103 that houses the motor 111 and the mechanical arrangement 113, 115, 117 and has a front end region in which the tool bit 119 is disposed. A sum of weights of the motor 111 and the battery 110 is smaller than a weight of the mechanical arrangement 113, 115, 117.

摘要: An impact tool in which a tool body can be effectively reduced in size is provided. The impact tool has a motor 111, a swinging member 129 that is driven by the motor 111 and swings in the axial direction of the tool bit, a striking mechanism 115 that is driven by components of linear motion in the axial direction of the tool bit in the swinging motion of the swinging member 129, a connecting part 124 that connects the swinging member 129 and the striking mechanism 115, a housing member 151 that houses at least the connecting part 124 in an internal space 156, and a counter weight 155 that is disposed within the internal space 156 of the housing member 151 and reduces vibration caused when the tool bit is driven.

摘要: A hammer drill is provided with a connector equipped with a female terminal, movably between a connection position where the female terminal is located inside a plug-in port and a non-connection position where the female terminal is in retreat from inside the plug-in port. The hammer drill is also provided with a torsion spring that urges the connector toward the non-connection position. The connector is provided with a shutter portion that is located inside the plug-in port to close the plug-in port at the non-connection position and is in retreat from inside the plug-in port at the connection position. A dust collecting device is provided with a press rail that comes into abutment on the connector to move the connector to the connection position against the urging of the torsion spring as the dust collecting device is mounted.
