Such conventional advertisements are referred to herein as web page advertisements. A system display a web page advertisement in the frame of such an online video player by determining characteristics of the video player in the context of the multimedia platform and converting those characteristics into a context compatible with the web browser. The system can also include a virtual web browser that executes either on the multimedia platform on a server device that is communicatively coupled to the multimedia platform. The system can also include an ad tag translator that executes either on the multimedia platform on a server device that is communicatively coupled to the multimedia platform.

The systems and methods relate to selecting a centroid document from a group of structured documents, selecting a subset of the group of structured documents in order to form a cluster of the subset of documents about the centroid document. The selecting the subset is preferably based on the relative similarity between each of the selected subset and the centroid document. Then, systems and methods according to the invention include marking a data element on the centroid document. The systems and elements also include identifying a data element on each of the subset of documents, the data element that corresponds to the marked data element on the centroid document. Finally, data may be extracted from the subset of documents based on the identifying step.

摘要： A packaged product and a method for monitoring usage in a consumer test is reported herein. The packaged product includes a bottle having a container body with an open end and a closed end, the open end being formed with a neck and a mouth at a terminus of the neck. A flowable material is held within the container body. A monitoring unit immersed at least partially within the flowable material includes: (1) at least one support rod, the rod contacting the neck thereby inhibiting movement of the monitoring unit; (2) a logger device to sense and record motion of the bottle, the device including a circuit board fitted with at least one computer chip; (3) a retention unit arranged on the support rod inhibiting travel of the logger device relative to the support rod. According to the method of the invention, compliance to a test protocol can be certified through records extracted from the logger unit after evaluation is completed by the consumer.

摘要： Systems and methods for using automated translation and other statistical methods to convert a classifier in one language to another language are provided. In one embodiment of the invention, a method preferably includes marking target language examples of passages of text in order to obtain an initial classifier in the target language, re-classifying a plurality of target language examples in the initial classifier, and then questioning—i.e., determining the validity—of the marking used to obtain the initial classifier. Preferably, the questioning is based on the re-classifying. Then, preferably following the questioning, the method isolates a high-quality set of target examples based on the results of the questioning. Finally, the method uses the high-quality set of target examples to prepare a high-quality classifier in the target language.

When a relevance threshold with respect to a specific attribute or category is met, certain criteria may be applied to test whether the user can be skipped over intermediate navigational steps and immediately delivered to the highly relevant category or attribute or even to a comparison shopping page for a specific product. Skip by popularity functionality may be used to determine and select the single most popular product associated with the keyword as determined either by users, or according to some other suitable determination scheme.
