摘要： An in-vehicle device includes a housing, one or more coolers, and one or more turbulence generating members. The housing is attachable to a railway vehicle and accommodates an electronic component that generates heat. The one or more coolers are attached to and located outside the housing, with the one or more coolers thermally connected to the electronic component, to dissipate heat transferred from the electronic component to passing air occurring when the railway vehicle travels. The one or more turbulence generating members are located on a flow path of the passing air to cause turbulence by partly interrupting a flow of the passing air flowing to the at least one cooler.
