摘要: A cable bundle taping device adapted to wind a tape on a coiled cable bundle includes a support frame, a conveying device mounted on the support frame and adapted to convey the tape to a standby position, a first driving wheel rotatably mounted on the support frame and having a slot extending radially inward from an outer edge of the first driving wheel, and a tape binding mechanism arranged on a side of at least one sidewall of the first driving wheel near a bottom of the slot and opposite to the tape in the standby position. The coiled cable bundle is bonded to an end of the tape at the standby position and pushed to the bottom of the slot. The tape is wound on the coiled cable bundle by rotating the tape binding mechanism under driving of the first driving wheel.

摘要: An assembly system that includes a robot adapted to grip an electronic device to be mounted on a circuit board, a first vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the electronic device gripped by the robot, a fixing device that fixe a plurality of circuit boards thereon, and a second vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the circuit board fixed on the fixing device. The robot mounts the gripped electronic device on a circuit board under the visual guidance of the first vision system and the second vision system. The view field of the second vision system is not capable of completely covering a surface region of all circuit boards fixed on the fixing device. The assembly system further includes a moving mechanism that moves the second vision system in a first horizontal direction and a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the second vision system completes identification of all circuit boards on the fixing device step by step. With this assembly system, the robot complete the assembly work of all circuit boards at an assembly station. Also, a method of assembling a circuit board that mounts a gripped electronic device on a circuit board.

The movable block is moved downward to press the contact received in the contact guiding slot into a contact installation slot of the housing in a condition in which the contact guiding slot of the fixing block is aligned with the contact installation slot of the housing.

The lifting mechanism includes a transferring belt circulating around an annular path and a plurality of step plates evenly spaced along the annular path. The step plates are adapted to carry one or more of the products and the transferring belt is configured to drive the step plates to circulate around the annular path so as to lift the products from the hopper onto the conveyor belt.
