摘要： A cover assembly for an insulator and first and second conductor portions extending therefrom includes first and second coupled hub members defining a central cavity sized and configured to receive the insulator. The first hub member includes a first leg defining a first lengthwise cavity extending from the central cavity and configured to receive the first conductor portion.
