Abstract: A disposable diaper insert for a disposable or non-disposable diaper comprised of, in combination, at least one absorbent pad disposed between a liquid impermeable topsheet and a liquid impermeable bottom sheet, each of said sheets being formed from a hydrophobic material such as a thermoplastic film and each of said films being characterized by a plurality of valvular apertures or openings therein and a system of dimples disposed across the surface thereof.
