Abstract: An equipment automatic alignment method and a process robot device using the same are provided. The equipment automatic alignment method includes following steps. An image of an equipment is obtained. The image is enhanced to obtain a plurality of candidate patterns. Each of the candidate patterns is expanded to obtain a first rectangular block and a second rectangular block. A plurality of first target patterns are obtained according to the first rectangular block, and a plurality of second target patterns are obtained according to the second rectangular block. A first base point is obtained from the first target patterns, and a second base point is obtained from the second target patterns. An operation command is generated according to the first base point and the second base point to automatically control an operation interface of the equipment, so that the first base point is aligned with the second base point.

Abstract: An automatic adjusting method for equipment and a smart adjusting device using the same are provided. The automatic adjusting method of the equipment includes the following steps. A template frame from the equipment is obtained in an initial period. Several clear frames are obtained in one window period. Each of the template frame and the clear frame has a pixel variation. The pixel variation of the template frame is the largest in the initial period. The pixel variation of each of the clear frame is greater than a threshold. Each of the clear frame is compared with the template frame to obtain an offset. A statistical value of the offsets is calculated. A parameter of the equipment is adjusted to reduce the statistical value.

The KVM switch is connected to at least two machines. The connector receives a plurality of screen images of the machines through the KVM switch, wherein the screen images are respectively captured at the machines. The processor generates a plurality of control instructions according to the screen images, respectively. The control instructions are transmitted from the connector to the machines through the KVM switch, respectively.
