In Formula I, rings A, B, C, and D are each a 5-membered or 6-membered ring; L1 is selected from CR, SiR, GeR, N, or B; L2 is selected from CRR′, SiRR′, GeRR′, NR, O, S, Se, or C═X; X is CRR′, O, or S; each of Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8, and Z9 is independently C or N; each R, R′, RA, RB, RC, and RD is independently hydrogen or a General Substituent; LA is coordinated to a metal M through the indicated dashed lines; metal M may be coordinated to other ligands; and any two adjacent R, R′, RA, RB, RC, and RD may be joined or fused to form a ring. Formulations, OLEDs, and consumer products including the compound are also provided.
