摘要： The present invention refers to field of assisted reproductive technologies, in particular to a sperm storage media, and describes mTOR enhancers, preferably the mTOR activator MHY 1485, as supplement for storage media, said supplemented media increasing sperm motility and viability during short-term room temperature storage, while sustaining the metabolic rates, without changing its fertilization potential (capacitation) and DNA integrity.
