    Abstract: An expanding and twisting mechanism includes: a movement protection mechanism, configured to protect and transport a stator during production; an expanding and twisting assembly, configured to expand, separate, and twist a flat wire of a stator transported by the movement protection mechanism; a driving mechanism, configured to assist the expanding and twisting assembly in completing stator processing, and configured to provide power for movement of a component in the expanding and twisting assembly; and a lower support base, configured to mount the expanding and twisting assembly, to implement processing of the flat wire motor stator fully automatically, and help separate and twist flat wires of a stator by using a simple structure and brief steps, helping increase processing efficiency of the stator.

    Abstract: An automatic wire inserting device for producing a flat wire stator includes a winding displacement tooling, winding displacement of flat wires; a material loading mechanism, loading each flat wire; a material transfer mechanism, clamping each flat wire loaded by the material loading mechanism, and arranging each flat wire on the winding displacement tooling; two wire coiling mechanisms, winding the flat wires into windings; a wire body, driving the winding displacement tooling to circularly move between a wire coiling mechanism and the material transfer mechanism, conveying the winding displacement tooling to the wire coiling mechanism, and moving the winding displacement tooling on which winding of the flat wires are completed by using the wire coiling mechanism to the material transfer mechanism; and a wire inserting mechanism, shaping a winding that is detached from the wire coiling mechanism and ejecting the shaped winding to be inserted into a stator.

    Abstract: A cutting, leveling, and welding device for a flat wire motor stator includes a material conveying line, a material transfer mechanism, a material conveying rotating disk, a tooling picking and placing mechanism, a pressing and fitting mechanism, a wire cutting mechanism, a welding mechanism, a locking mechanism, and a stator adjustment mechanism. The material conveying rotating disk is provided with working position holes arranged around the material conveying rotating disk, and the material conveying rotating disk is capable of rotating to drive a to-be-processed stator to rotate. The tooling picking and placing mechanism, pressing and fitting mechanism, wire cutting mechanism, and welding mechanism are arranged in sequence around and above the material conveying rotating disk and are corresponding to the working position holes. The to-be-processed stators on the material conveying line are continually conveyed to the material conveying rotating disk by using the material transfer mechanism.
