Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods relating to in-situ servo-hydraulic biomanipulators. In-situ servo-hydraulic bio-manipulators as described herein have the advantages over existing systems and methods at least by having a lower cost, interchangeable and/or disposal displacement devices coupled to the extrusion head, and mounting of the displacement head along the optical axis of a microscope for enhanced visibility and well clearance.
