The organic layer deposition apparatus including a receiving surface that has a set curvature for receiving the substrate; a deposition source for discharging a deposition material toward the substrate; a deposition source nozzle unit disposed at a side of the deposition source and including a plurality of deposition source nozzles arranged in a first direction; and a patterning slit sheet disposed to face the deposition source nozzle unit, and having a plurality of patterning slits arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein a cross section of the patterning slit sheet on a plane formed by lines extending in the second direction and a third direction is bent by a set degree, wherein the third direction is perpendicular to the first and second directions.

    摘要： An organic light emitting display device includes a display unit having pixels located at crossing regions of scan, control, data and sensing lines. Scan, control line, and data drivers respectively supply scan, control, and data signals to the scan, control, and data lines. A switching unit selectively couples the data lines to output lines of the data driver, a reference voltage source, or a negative bias voltage source. A sensing unit senses degradation information of an organic light emitting diode in the pixels and threshold voltage of a driving transistor in the pixels through the sensing lines. A control block stores the sensed degradation information and threshold voltage information. A timing controller is configured to generate a second data by converting an externally inputted first data using the degradation information and the threshold voltage information, and supply the second data to the data driver.

The common voltage lines include a plurality of common voltage pads to which the common voltage is applied from an external source, a common voltage contact portion overlapping an end of the common electrode and contacting the common electrode, a common voltage connection portion connecting a common voltage pad and the common voltage contact portion. A width of the common voltage contact portion is larger than that of the common voltage connection portion.
