摘要: A system for enabling multiple modes for cashless transactions over a self-service kiosk. The system includes a user device and a self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk includes a vending machine controller, a keypad and a multi-cashless device. The multi-cashless device is configured to communicate with the user device to receive transaction data. The multi-cashless device is configured to toggle between a set of payment modes depending upon the transaction data, wherein each payment mode, from the set of payment modes, corresponds to a payment module from a set of payment modules associated with the multi-cashless device.

摘要: A system and method for automatic configuration of a self-service kiosk. The key aspect of the configuration of the self-service kiosk is to autoconfigure the unattended self-service kiosk enabled by a hardware and a vending machine software (VMS) of the system. The system and method reduce the time for operator, business user to install and manage the self-service kiosk. The system uses the data obtained from the self-service kiosks via a data file to automatically configure these self-service kiosks. Once the self-service kiosk is configured the same is displayed back to the operator/business user who is configuring the self-service kiosk on their mobile using the hardware and vending machine software (VMS) so that the consumers can start using the self-service kiosk immediately after configuration.

摘要: A system and method for enabling wireless dispensation of products from the self-service kiosk/vending machine without using an application associated with the self-service kiosk/vending machine. For this purpose, a machine-readable code, which is displayed on the self-service kiosk, is scanned by a portable user device. Further a short-range connection (e.g., BLE connection) is established between the portable user device and the self-service kiosk. This further enables sharing product inventory data to the portable electronic device. The inventory data is accessible through browser application of the portable electronic device. After selection of desired products by a user and making successful payment, the selected products are dispensed from the self-service kiosk.
