    Abstract: A wireless communication device may include a logic configured to select a first antenna as a transmitting antenna and a second antenna as a non-transmitting antenna; and to calculate a short-term antenna metric difference between the transmitting antenna and the non-transmitting antenna, a mid-term antenna metric difference between the transmitting antenna and the non-transmitting antenna, and a long-term antenna metric difference between the transmitting antenna and the non-transmitting antenna.
