Abstract: A system may include an upgrade server device configured to: establish a session with a user device over a network; receive, from the user device during the session, a request to provide a list of recommended upgrades for a customer; obtain the list of recommended upgrades for the customer; send the list to the user device; and receive, from the user device, an order for one of the recommended upgrades in the list. The system may also include a provisioning system configured to provision a product or service associated with the order.
