摘要： Periodic signals, for example sonar returns, to be displayed on a conventional television monitor are sampled and put into storage registers at a first rate. The storage registers are emptied at a second rate and the information is placed onto a video magnetic disk. For each sonar transmission a number of samples of the return signal are placed into, and read out of, the storage registers, during each revolution of the disk, as the return is coming in, to build up a television display signal indicative of the sonar return.
