Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cooking appliance including a cooking chamber, at least one heating unit disposed within the cooking chamber, and multiple racks holding members to position racks at a desired height within the cooking chamber. The cooking appliance further includes a fan assembly movably coupled to a rear wall of the cooking chamber, and a driving unit coupled to the fan assembly to move the fan assembly vertically along the rear wall of the cooking chamber.
