    Abstract: A cooling system for a built-in induction hob with an improved cooling efficiency, and a cooling method thereof. The cooling system comprises an air blower for generating an airflow according to a first direction, a heat-sink device through which air blown by the air blower is conveyed. The cooling system further comprises airflow deflecting means for deflecting said airflow from said first direction to a second direction which significantly deviates from said first direction.

    Abstract: A deflector assembly in a cooking appliance door includes a fin with a directing flange and a projection. The projection extends toward the central panel and is configured to concentrate cool air flow within the channels of the cooking appliance door. The directing flange cooperates with a tab to define a single opening through which the cool air is concentrated and directed toward an upper portion of the cooking appliance door.

    Abstract: A cooking appliance that includes a body. A cavity housing is disposed in the body and defines a cooking cavity. A self-adjusting chimney duct assembly is disposed in a space defined between the body and the cavity housing. The chimney duct assembly includes a chimney base.     Abstract: A hand protecting cavity ventilation system for an oven is provided. The system includes an air duct, positioned at a top of a cavity of the oven, the air duct having a duct outlet aimed toward a door to the cavity to provide an airflow along an inner surface of the door. The air duct extends downward from the ceiling of the cavity in front of and below a heating element disposed below the ceiling of the cavity. The air duct forms a vertically displaced hand protection portion to act as a barrier in front of the heating element, thereby guarding the heating element when the door of the oven is opened.
