Abstract: In some embodiments, methods and systems are provided for facilitating submission of repair requests by carriers having to repair trailers to domicile facilities associated with the trailers. A central computing device provides a first graphical interface accessible by a computing device of a carrier having to repair a trailer in order to permit the carrier to submit a repair request indicating repair needed for the trailer. The central computing device then generates an invoice for the repair to the trailer directed to a domicile facility associated with the trailer. The central computing device also transmits an alert including the invoice to a computing device of the domicile facility associated with the trailer, receives a response from the computing device of the domicile facility associated with the trailer, and transmits a notification indicating whether the repair request has been approved by the domicile facility associated with the trailer.

Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to verifying integrity of associate training. In some embodiments, there is provided a system for verifying integrity of associate training at a facility including a plurality of wireless access points; a plurality of cameras; one or more databases; a remote control circuit; and a portable electronic device. By one approach; the remote control circuit is configured to: receive first and second associate identifiers; receive one or more images; determine whether a portion of the one or more images substantially correspond to a stored image; determine first, second, and third areas; determine whether the first, second, and third areas each correspond to the same area, wherein the determination verifies that the trainer-associate is with the trainee-associate at a designated area associated with a training module; and provide a verification message that the training module has been completed.

Abstract: A concave pallet with an inwardly sloping surface and lip is disclosed. The concave pallet includes a plurality of inwardly sloping surfaces meeting a surface plane equidistantly from the center point of the pallet. A lip encompasses the perimeter of the pallet and secures packages on the pallet. The lip interlocks with the bases of alike pallets for efficient stacking and storage when not in use for package shipment.

Abstract: An employee proximity tracking system that includes a central computing system and an employee proximity tracking application executing on a mobile device. Data signals are received at a first power level by the mobile device executing the proximity tracking application The first power level is indicative of a first distance of the employees from the mobile device, triggering a caching of action items associated with the respective employees by the central computing system. Data signals received at a second power level are indicative of the employees further approaching the mobile device, generating a user interface enabling selection via the proximity tracking application of a particular user. The central computing system forwards responsive cached action items to the proximity tracking application in response to the selection.
