摘要: A method for treating a spinal disorder includes the steps of: disposing an expandable spinal construct in a selected configuration; fixing the spinal construct in the selected configuration with a member; attaching a first end of the spinal construct with tissue; attaching a second end of the spinal construct with tissue; and disengaging the member from the spinal construct to release the spinal construct from the selected configuration. Implants, surgical instruments, systems and methods are disclosed.

The system receives patient information pertaining to a patient, uses the patient information to access one or more medical images associated with the patient, performs one or more image processing techniques on the one or more medical images to identify measurements pertaining to an internal bodily structure of the patient, identifies one or more implant components for the patient, determines whether the one or more implant components are currently stocked, in response to determining that the one or more implant components are not currently stocked, automatically generates and placing an order for the one or more implant components that are not stocked, generates a pre-operative assessment for the patient, and causes the assessment to be displayed on a display device of a client electronic device.

摘要: A spinal construct includes at least one body including a first biasing member engageable with a longitudinal element for translation thereof relative to the body in a first direction. A second biasing member is engageable with a lock. The lock is connected with the longitudinal element to resist and/or prevent translation of the longitudinal element relative to the body in a second direction. Implants, surgical instruments, systems and methods are disclosed.

摘要: Interbody implants may be formed by a product by process in which a first metallic frame component having an interconnected superior endplate and an interconnected inferior endplate are formed. In some embodiments, the endplates are interconnected by flexible struts and in others they are interconnected by translating struts. In various embodiments, a polymeric body may be infilled between the superior endplate and inferior endplate by a molding process, e.g., an injection molding process or an overmolding process. In various embodiments, the metallic frame may have a first compressive stiffness, the polymeric body may have a second compressive stiffness, and the first compressive stiffness of the metallic frame may be about 20% to about 80% of the second stiffness of the body. In various embodiments, a sum of the first compressive stiffness of the metallic frame and the second stiffness of the body is about 33,500 N/mm to about 11,500 N/mm.

摘要: A method for treating a spine comprising the steps of: connecting at least one first fastener that defines an implant cavity with at least one vertebral level of a first portion of vertebrae; connecting at least one second fastener with at least one vertebral level of a second portion of the vertebrae; manipulating the vertebrae; manipulating a spinal rod to a selected configuration; connecting the spinal rod with the at least one first fastener such that the spinal rod is disposed at a selected position with the implant cavity; connecting a tether to a second fastener and the spinal rod; and reducing the spinal rod to a selected position relative to the second fastener with the tether. Systems, spinal constructs and surgical instruments are disclosed.
