A method and system for securely storing and accessing sensitive user data (e.g., personally identifying information or PII) is described. In an aspect, PII is divided into a plurality of separately stored data stores based on what type or field of PII are collected. Each piece of PII data or PII datum is associated with a unique code so as to form data pairs comprising the PII datum and the unique code associated with that PII datum. A tumbler data structure allows secure association of the unique codes for the PII data for each user. Once the tumbler data structure is unlocked, a provider can search and access the PII data of its users.

An apparatus and method for adjusting the handle position of a pneumatic fastener handle. The pneumatic fastener includes a base, a main body, and a magazine for carrying fastening members. The main body and magazine are fixed to the base. A pneumatic inlet is mounted onto the main body. A handle assembly is mounted on the main body of the pneumatic fastener. The handle assembly includes a housing having a hollow recessed area. The housing can have an aperture through a lateral side configured to receive a retaining member. A handle extends partially within the housing and is configured to move between at least a first position and a second position, different from the first position. When the handle is in a desired position, the retaining member secures the handle in place within the housing.

The sleeve also has a storage cavity that extends from the second sleeve toward the first sleeve end and a corridor extending transverse to the storage cavity. A “snap-in” bit chuck assembly for a rotary hand or powered tool, includes an elongated body having a hex shank at its rearward end, an elongated retraction collar slidably disposed on the body, and an outer retaining collar fixed to the forward end of the body. The body has a coaxial hex socket formed therein to allow a reversible tool to be inserted thereinto. A slot is formed in the body, between the outer surface of the body and the internal hex socket. A coil spring surrounds the body, inside the retraction collar, and normally biases the retraction collar forwardly and biases a retaining clip toward the bottom of the angular slot. The retaining clip slides outwardly in the angular slot, against the bias of the coil spring, as the reversible tool is inserted, where a recess on the reversible tool is engaged and retained by the clip. The tool is removed by sliding the retraction collar rearwardly, to compress the coil spring and allow the retaining clip to retract back up the slot. The clip is directly engaged by the coil spring and has two legs extending about the body so that the clip is self-retaining. The clip legs extend around the body such that the retraction force on the coil spring is directed through the center of the coil spring to keep it coaxially aligned with the body.

The retaining mechanism also includes a spring biasing the sleeve into its locked position.
