    摘要: The present invention discloses a self-stabilizing heat exhaust system including at least several rate-variable fans. Each of the rate-variable fans further includes a power-input terminal for inputting power to the rate-variable fans; a grounded terminal for providing the rate-variable fan a lower level; a signal-output terminal coupled to an adjacent rate-variable fan for outputting a speed signal which may be a normal signal or an abnormal signal; a signal-input terminal coupled to another adjacent rate-variable fan for receiving the speed signal; and a control circuit responding to the abnormal signal to make the rate-variable fan rotate at the higher rotation rate and responding to the normal signal to make the rate-variable fan rotate at the lower rotation rate.

    摘要: Disclosed is a starting device and method for eliminating a peak current introduced when an inductive circuit such as a motor or a direct-current (DC) motor is actuated, The starting device includes a signal generator electrically connected to the inductive circuit and generating a first signal corresponding to a signal output by the inductive circuit, a comparative circuit electrically connected to the signal generator for converting the first signal to a second signal to be compared with a reference signal to generate a control signal, and a controlling device electrically connected with the inductive circuit and the comparative circuit for receiving the control signal and gradually increasing a current input into the inductive circuit corresponding to the control signal, thereby eliminating the peak current introduced when the inductive circuit is actuated.

The control circuitry includes a voltage reference component and a switching circuit. The switching circuit is electrically connected with the DC motor and the voltage reference component. The switching circuit is “OFF” when a voltage given by the variable voltage source is lower than the predetermined reference voltage so that the DC motor operates with a first operation mode, and the switching circuit is “ON” when the voltage given by the variable voltage source is higher than the predetermined reference voltage so that the DC motor operates with a second operation mode.

The power supply unit provides an input supply voltage to each other unit in the system. The voltage-stabilizing unit includes a voltage-stabilizing element and produces a constant voltage. The signal-generating unit generates an input signal, which varies with high and low levels of the input supply voltage. The comparing unit compares the constant voltage with the input signal to generate a comparison signal. The control unit controls a motor's rotating speed according to the comparison signal generated by the comparing unit. When the input supply voltage is low, a lowest rotating speed is set for the control unit to control the rotating of the motor.
