摘要： The present invention provides novel flavonoids extracted from an alcohol extract of dehulled adlay seeds. The present invention also provides a process for the preparation of the flavonoid and a method for treating inflammation in a subject, which method comprises administering to said subject an effective amount of the flavonoid and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
