摘要： A bone anchoring device for anchoring in a bone comprises a hollow shaft having an outer surface including a first portion and a threadless second portion, the second portion having a larger outer diameter and a shorter axial length than the first portion; and a barb carrier having at least two barb elements. The shaft and the barb carrier can be moved relative to each other in such a manner that in a first configuration the barb elements of the barb carrier project beyond an outer surface of the shaft by a distance d1, and in such a manner that in a second configuration the barb elements of the barb carrier project beyond the outer surface of the shaft along the second portion of the shaft by a distance of d2, wherein d2>d1.

摘要： A bone anchoring device includes an anchoring element including a shaft and a head; a receiving part including a first end and a second end, and having a channel for receiving a rod near the first end, and an accommodation space for accommodating the head near the second end; and a pressure element configured to be located at least partially in the accommodation space and including a flexible portion to clamp the head, wherein the anchoring element is pivotable, and the pressure element is movable inside the accommodation space to lock the head within the pressure element, and wherein a first securing portion on the pressure element and a second securing portion on the receiving part are configured to engage and form a rigid coupling therebetween to prevent removal of the pressure element from the first end of the receiving part.

摘要： A bone anchoring assembly includes a bone anchoring element having a shank to be anchored in a bone or a vertebra, and a receiving part for receiving a rod. The assembly includes a rod made at least partly of a material which exhibits a material flow under pressure. The receiving part includes a channel with an approximately U-shaped cross-section with two free legs, a first locking element cooperating with the legs to secure the rod in the channel, and a second locking element cooperating with the first locking element and acting independently from the first locking element onto the rod. A pin-shaped projection is provided at the second locking element which comes into contact with the rod when tightening the second locking element, and at least one pin-shaped projection is provided in the channel which comes into contact with the rod when tightening the first locking element.

摘要： An anchoring device for anchoring a rod in a bone or a vertebra and for use with at least two rods having a different diameter is provided. The anchoring device includes a shaft and a head for connection to one of said rods. The head is connected to said shaft and has a recess with a base and two substantially vertically extending legs defining a channel for receiving the rod in said channel. The anchoring device further includes a fixation element for clamping said rod in said channel. The fixation element and said base each have a contact surface contacting said rod, the contact surfaces being shaped so as to be able to clamp any of the different rods.

摘要： A bone anchoring assembly includes a bone anchoring element having a shank to be anchored in a bone or a vertebra, and a receiving part for receiving a rod. The assembly includes a rod made at least partly of a material which exhibits a material flow under pressure. The receiving part includes a channel with an approximately U-shaped cross-section with two free legs, a first locking element cooperating with the legs to secure the rod in the channel, and a second locking element cooperating with the first locking element and acting independently from the first locking element onto the rod. A pin-shaped projection is provided at the second locking element which comes into contact with the rod when tightening the second locking element, and at least one pin-shaped projection is provided in the channel which comes into contact with the rod when tightening the first locking element.
