摘要: A single hand, horizontal, paper towel dispenser for paper towel rolls designed to assist in creating a tear of a selected number of sheets by providing friction from a static tear bale. The single hand dispensing device can optionally employ friction surfaces and various additional structures to allow a user to grasp paper towel segments and tear off a desired length of paper towel segments with one hand.

摘要: The present invention provides a holder and dispenser of rolled products such as paper, plastic, foil, tape and other goods with magnetic resistance. The dispenser generally includes a base and a cage that supports the roll of material and rotates relative to the base. A magnetic resistance mechanism is generally located between the base and the cage. The magnetic resistance mechanism creates forces that act to resist rotation of the cage relative to the base.

摘要: An apparatus for one handed dispensing paper sheet segments from a roll of paper sheet segments connected end-to-end along transverse serration lines including a base member, a support connected to a base for holding a roll of paper sheet segments and a frictional gripping element connected to the base that has a high friction segment. The frictional gripping element may also contain an arcuate inner surface for pivotal movement and contact with respect to a roll of paper sheet segments.

摘要: A spout for use with a container for dispensing a substance (e.g., a condiment) from the container such that any remaining substance exterior to the container adjacent the spout may be allowed to drain back into the container. A lid may be engaged with a container at an engagement portion. A spout portion of the lid that is positionable between a dispensing position and a storage position may define an orifice. The orifice may provide for communication between an interior volume of the container and an exterior of the container. Thus, the substance may be dispensed through the orifice. Furthermore, when in the storage position, the spout portion may direct any remaining substance on an exterior portion of the spout portion through the orifice and back into the container. Thus, a cleaner and more sanitary top of the container may be realized.

摘要: Existing delivery systems, such as the U.S. Postal System, can be modified to operate more efficiently, and to maintain confidentiality regarding a specific address and/or recipient identity. A coded designation, preferably alphanumeric, is assigned to individual recipients. Destination data, as well as other data regarding the recipient is accessed from a database using the coded designation. Recipient information is kept within the system and is not exposed to those outside of it, thereby maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security for the recipient. Because full addresses do not have to be read or otherwise input into the system, the use of the short coded designation provides more reliable operation, as well as much faster operation of the routing and delivery system.
