摘要： A cutter assembly suitable for cutting BOPP adhesive tape and a tape dispenser incorporating the same. The cutter assembly has a row of plastic teeth where each tooth includes left and right front and rear faces, each face being disposed on a different plane, and where the planes intersect each other at the tip of the tooth. A front edge extends between the left and right front faces; a rear edge extends between the left and right rear faces; a left side edge extends between the right front and rear faces; and a right side edge extends between the left front face and the right rear face. The various edges are set at particular angles relative to each other. A protrusion for supporting the tape is provided rearwardly of the teeth and a braking mechanism is also provided on the dispenser.

摘要： A film dispenser includes a housing configured to receive and hold a roll of film. The housing has a dispensing opening through which a section of film can pass. The housing also has a lid that is movable between an open position where the dispensing opening is open and a closed position in which the dispensing opening is substantially closed. The lid has a film presentation member that is positioned to contact and hold a portion of the film when the lid is in the closed position and to present the portion of film within the dispensing opening for grasping when the lid is moved to the open position.

摘要： A tape holding box and dispenser in the general form of rectangular parallelepiped for holding and dispensing adhesive tape from a tubular roll. The box and dispenser comprises a receptacle made from plastic having an aligned parallel pair of front and rear walls, an aligned parallel pair of substantially rectangular side walls with an opening or hole on it and a top panel connecting corresponding segments of the upper edge of the side walls, front wall and rear wall. On each of the inner surface of the side walls, there are some bosses with small height around the hole respectively for supporting the end of the tape spool, the top panel and side walls defining an opening for dispensing tape from the roll. The front portion of the top panel forms a depression at its front edge adjacent to the upper edge of the front wall for receiving a cutting means and a protruding rim with a narrow top surface at its rear edge to maintain the end portion of the tape at a certain height position relative to the upper surface of the top panel when the dispenser is not in use.

摘要： A tape dispenser with a tab forming device which includes a pair of upwardly extending forward and rearward struts joined at lower extremities within a cylindrical slotted spring which limits maximum separation of the struts. Upper extremities of the struts are terminated in two wings which, when brought together, cause a tape loop to be made, forming a tape tab. The rearward strut is adapted with a downwardly extending leg and foot for being secured within a tape roll holder, while the forwardly extending strut is adapted with an inverted hook over the wing at the upper extremity of the strut. The hook includes a forward serrated edge for tearing tape. The entire construction may be molded as a unitary article.

摘要： A dispenser for tapes packaged in a roll and having an adhesive on one side thereof has a pair of spaced parallel sidewalls upstanding from the base and a mounting disk is rotatably positioned upon a shaft extending between the centers of the sidewalls. A roll of tape is mounted on the mounting disk. There is a cutter edge at an upper corner of the housing between the sidewalls and there is a rotatable roller positioned below and inwardly of the cutter edge but above a radius extending from the center shaft to the cutter edge. The roller has a helical thread thereon so as to provide a moving point contact for the adhesive surface of the tape moving thereover. As the adhesive side of the tape passes over the roller and below the cutter edge, the tape can be pulled out to a desired length and then cut along its non-adhesive surface by being moved upwardly against the cutter edge.

摘要： A roll dispenser carton for dispensing sheet material, e.g., food wrap type sheet material. A unique cutting edge structure on the carton permits tearing off a length of the sheet material after that length has been withdrawn from the roll inside the carton. In the case of certain type sheet materials, the cutting edge structure retains the remaining free edge of the sheet material on the cutting edge after the desired sheet length has been torn from the roll. The cutting edge structure is comprised of a series of punched buds, each bud having at least two petals, that are formed in a metal sheet by punching that sheet with a piercing punch. The points of each bud's petals are turned inwardly toward the bud's axis, thereby minimizing the cutting edge's ability to scrape or scratch a user's hands or the like.

摘要： An improved foldably erected dispensing carton particularly for household wrapping materials such as polymeric film, wax paper, metal foil, and the like, wherein the carton embodies a double ply panel having a pressure sensitive adhesive layer interposed between and securing such plies. An aperture is die-cut or otherwise formed in the outer ply to expose a select area of the adhesive, and thereby present a recessed tack spot to which the leading end of the roll can be lightly adhered, and thus prevented from withdrawing into the carton. The double ply panel structure also makes available a folded edge about which the roll material can be dispensed with minimum chance of snagging or binding due to the smooth quality of such edge.
