A representation of the model may be used in a logic design and a particular variant of the logic device may be selected automatically based on connections made to the representation. Connection errors may be detected automatically and a first indication may be displayed automatically when the connection errors are detected. A second indication that differs from the first indication may be displayed automatically when the connection errors are corrected.
