    摘要: An air distribution blower housing for an air handler such as a residential furnace is designed with an enlarged air outlet opening that slows down and spreads out the air flow from the blower housing over a greater area of the furnace heat exchanger. The blower housing thereby enables less air pressure drop through the heat exchanger, which increases the efficiency of the blower motor operation. The design of the blower housing also efficiently turns the velocity head of the air flow through the housing to usable static air pressure at the housing air outlet. The enlarged air outlet opening of the blower housing is achieved without increasing the exterior diameter dimensions of the blower housing whereby the blower housing is used in a compact enclosure for residential use. This is accomplished by utilizing a volute outer wall of the blower housing that has an exponentially increasing expansion angle in the direction of air flow through the blower housing.

The cover is removably attached to the housing body and generally provides access to a motor and fan assembly including a fan and a motor. The motor and fan assembly is removably mounted within the housing body and is captured between the housing body and the housing cover such that, upon removal of the housing cover, the motor and fan assembly is exposed and may then be lifted out of the housing body for easy maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of any portion of the motor and fan assembly. Alternatively, upon removal of the housing cover, the motor and fan assembly may be accessed while remaining within the housing body to complete any maintenance and/or repair of the motor and fan assembly.

    摘要: An automatic air operated grease gun comprising a reciprocating grease plunger for ejecting grease, and a piston, connected to the plunger, for operating the plunger. The piston is slidably mounted in a cylinder to move between a retracted position and an advanced position. A return spring resiliently biases the piston to its retracted position. A switch selectively connects the cylinder to a source of gas under pressure to advance the piston against the return spring. The piston has a plurality of apertures therein, each aperture having an individual seal, and a release for opening the individual seals to relieve the pressure behind the cylinder and allow it to retract under the force of the return spring.

    摘要: A foldable clothes hanger rail system that consist of a clothes hanger rail that is retractable when not in use. The foldable clothes hanger rail system was developed for applications such as laundry rooms where a permanent clothes hanger rail takes up too much room and is only needed on an intermittent basis. The rail is made retractable by having the rail attached to pivot members that pivot around screws fastened into a wall mountable frame. The pivot members are supported by chords or chains running from the upper portion of the frame and support the rail when it is rotated downward and in service. A rail clip is provided on the upper portion of the frame to keep the rail retracted when not in ervice. The entire system is made into one single unit to be easily mounted on a wall.
