    摘要: The present invention is directed to licensing data structures for telecommunication systems. The data structures comprise (a) a lock setting or status to permit the contents of the license file for an operational feature to take precedence over the corresponding translation information for the operational feature or to be used as a default setting if there is not corresponding translation information for the operational feature; (b) first and second value settings for an operational feature to permit a value associated with the operational feature to be set anywhere in the range defined by the first and second value settings; and (c) a right-to-use field for an operational feature that is separate from a setting field for the operational feature to provide flexibility in altering the setting field without deleting the operational feature. The present invention further provides a methodology for providing temporary licenses having different features enabled/disabled than a permanent license.

    摘要: A process to reduce emissions discharged from a natural gas processing system wherein the processing system includes a glycol dehydrator for absorbing water, moisture and absorbable hydrocarbons, a reboiler for heating water rich glycol, a still column in communication with the reboiler and a reflux condenser. The process includes the steps of directing vapors and gases from the still column and reflux condenser to a condenser in order to condense vapors to liquid. The gases and liquids from the condenser are directed to a condensate separator in order to separate by gravity. Non-condensible vapors and water from the condensate separator are delivered to a vaporization chamber immersed in the reboiler. Water is re-vaporized into steam and permitted to mix with non-condensible vapors in the vaporization chamber. The steam and non-condensible vapors are inducted into a combustion zone in a firetube in the reboiler. The hydrocarbons in the vapors are combusted in the firetube.

A salt dryer includes a dryer inlet to receive the cool gas exiting the cool gas outlet of the vortex tube and a dryer outlet to deliver gas from the salt dryer as fuel gas to the compressor.

    摘要: An integrated three phase separator for separation of natural gas, hydrocarbon liquids, and water or brine. The separator includes a cylindrical vertical separation unit having a closed top and an opposed, open bottom. A cylindrical horizontal separation unit has a pair of opposed ends, a first, closed end and a second, open end. A tubular elbow connection includes a pair of ends, one end connected to the open bottom of the vertical separation unit and another end connected to the open end of the horizontal separation unit so that the vertical separation unit and horizontal separation unit are in fluid connection with each other. A metering plate within the tubular elbow connection retains natural gas in the horizontal unit while permitting gentle release of liquid into the horizontal unit.

    摘要: A glycol regeneration system for a dehydrator having an absorber for contact of gas with glycol, a pump to circulate glycol, a reboiler for heating glycol to vaporize water, and a still column for distilling the glycol vapor from the reboiler. The glycol regeneration system includes a reflux jacket chamber for receipt of the glycol from the absorber wherein the gas will separate by gravity from the glycol. A preheater in the reboiler will heat the gas separated in the reflux jacket chamber. The preheated gas is passed through the glycol in the reboiler to strip water vapor therefrom. At least one riser tube in communication with the still column will be in heat exchange relation with the glycol in the reflux jacket chamber to allow water vapor and waste gas to rise through the riser tube. At least one outlet in communication with the riser tube drains water vapor and waste gas therefrom.

    摘要: A three phase separator to separate a fluid into three phases. A horizontal tank forms a fluid container having an inlet to the container in order to permit entry of a three phase fluid. An oil box within the fluid container includes a bottom and at least one baffle separating the oil box from the fluid container. A water box within the fluid container includes a bottom and at least one baffle separating the water box from the container. A water removal mechanism is in communication with the water box to draw water therefrom. An oil removal mechanism is in communication with the oil box to draw oil therefrom. A gas outlet permits removal of gas from the fluid container. A slot through the baffle of the water box permits entry of water from the fluid container into the water box in the event of a water surge.

    摘要: A method, and a system for practicing the method, of heating liquid in a separator utilizing heat from a glycol regenerator. The system employs a gas pressure operated pump for pumping heat exchange fluid through a closed loop flow path. A gas burner in the regenerator vessel has a pilot light. Piping connects combustible gas to the burner and to the gas pressure operated pump and from the gas pressure operated pump to the pilot light. A thermostatically controlled valve is positioned in the heat exchange closed loop fluid flow path and opens and closes in response to the temperature of the liquid in the separator vessel, the valve opening to permit flow of heat exchange fluid in response to a detected low liquid temperature. Flow of gas through the pump remaining substantially constant at all times and providing a fuel source for the continuous operation of the pilot light.
