    摘要: A lithium ion secondary battery is provided. The lithium ion secondary battery generally comprises an electrode assembly, a container for accommodating the electrode assembly; and an electrolyte. The electrode assembly comprises two electrodes having opposite polarities and a separator. The separator comprises a porous membrane comprising clusters of ceramic particles. The porous membrane is formed by bonding the particle clusters with a binder. Each particle cluster is formed either by sintering or by dissolving and re-crystallizing all or a portion of the ceramic particles. The ceramic particles comprise a ceramic material having a band gap. Each particle cluster may have the shape of a grape bunch or a lamina, and may be formed by laminating scale or flake shaped ceramic particles.

    摘要: An array substrate of an LCD and a fabricating method thereof are provided. A first insulating layer is formed on the substrate. A TFT and a hardened liquid crystal layer are provided in a pixel region of the substrate. A second insulating layer is formed in the pixel region around the hardened liquid crystal layer such that the second insulating layer and the hardened liquid crystal layer are substantially planar. A first alignment layer is formed between the hardened liquid crystal layer and the first insulating layer. A pixel electrode is formed on the second insulating layer and the hardened liquid crystal layer and contacts a drain region of the TFT through a hole in the first insulating layer. A second alignment layer is formed on the entire substrate over the second insulating layer and the hardened liquid crystal layer.

    摘要: This invention relates to water soluble iron oxide nanoparticles and a method of its preparation. More specifically, this invention relates to a method of manufacturing water soluble iron oxide nanoparticles uniform in size by coating polyvinylpyrolidone, a biocompatible polymer that can be intravenously administered via thermal decomposition, on the surface of iron oxide thereby enabling to control the size of resulting particles, and water soluble iron oxide nanoparticles coated with polyvinylpyrolidone. The above-mentioned water soluble iron oxide nanoparticles have excellent image contrasting effect and are thus useful as MRI contrast agent.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical efficiency enhancing film and an LCD using the same. The LCD of the present invention is provided with an optical efficiency enhancing film that includes uniaxial films made of a refractive index anisotropic material and isotropic films, wherein the uniaxial films and the isotropic films are alternatively laminated. Then, optical efficiency as well as polarization may be enhanced to thereby improve the brightness of the LCD.

    摘要: A method of fabricating an LCD is provided. According to the method, an alignment film is printed and hardened on a first substrate and a second substrate. Subsequently, the alignment film is subject to a primary alignment process and a subsequent secondary alignment process. The primary alignment process includes a rubbing process and the secondary alignment process includes irradiating light on the entire surface of the rubbed alignment film. Finally, retarder LC materials are coated and hardened on the light-irradiated alignment film to form a first compensation film and a second compensation film.
