摘要： An optical recording and/or reproducing apparatus with an optical pickup actuator having high thrust. The optical pickup actuator may include a lens holder which holds an objective lens and is movably supported by a supporting unit, and a magnetic driving unit which drives the lens holder in a focusing direction, a tracking direction, and/or a tilting direction. The magnetic driving unit includes a surface-triple pole magnet portion and a coil portion. The surface-triple pole magnet portion has a plurality of polarized, i.e., differently magnetized, areas formed by facing sides of two magnets among three magnets. The coil portion includes tracking coils and tilt coils disposed to interact with the polarized areas of the surface-triple pole magnet portion and a focusing coil disposed to interact with a non-polarized area of the surface-triple pole magnet portion.

Thus, as the vibration absorber vibrates in response to vibration of the frame, in a direction to offset the vibration if the frame, the vibration of the frame can be reduced.

摘要： An apparatus and method of ejecting/loading a tray of an optical disk player using a digitizer connected to a personal computer (PC) or a keyboard, even though an EJECT button is not installed on a control panel of an optical disk includes using a optical disk control program stored in the optical disk player. The optical disk control program is to be installed in a personal computer (PC) and controls the ejection/loading of a tray of an optical disk player. If a predetermined key or key combination is entered through the computer, an EJECT or LOAD command is applied to the optical disk player in response to entering of the predetermined key combination via the optical disk control program. The tray of the optical disk player can be ejected/loaded using the keyboard or digitizer, and thus there is no need to install the EJECT button in the optical disk player.

摘要： An optical disk drive adopting an optical disk as a recording medium is provided. The optical disk drive includes an adjusting mechanism on a deck to adjust phase and tilt. The adjusting mechanism includes a phase adjusting device which is installed on the deck, for supporting one end of at least one of first and second shafts to adjust the phase, and a complex adjusting device which is rotatably installed on the deck, for supporting the other end of the at least one shaft to adjust the tilt and phase. Therefore, the optical disk drive can store a large amount of information in a disk by a highly precise deck mechanism and be stably installed regardless of the installation direction and position thereof. Further, a tray can be ejected without electric power and simple and convenient assembling and maintenance thereof are guaranteed.
