摘要： The present disclosure relates to a graphene paper which reduced graphene oxide layers and coating layers are stacked in sequence. The graphene paper prepared according to a preparation method of the present invention has excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical properties, and can be economically prepared in large-sized graphene paper, therefore may be efficiently applied to various electrical devices such as thin-film electrodes, flexible electrodes, super capacitors, semiconductor insulating layer reinforcements and TFT semiconductor layer-electrodes, and the like.
