摘要： A double plug head for plugging a pipe. The double plug head includes a primary rubber packing, a roller support, a tube support and a rubber tube. The primary rubber packing is provided on a mounting plate of a plugging machine. The roller support is provided with a plurality of rollers. The tube support is provided between the primary rubber packing and the roller support. A tube seating depression is formed around the circumferential surface of the tube support. A fluid feed path is formed in the tube support. The rubber tube is seated into the tube seating depression and has a nipple connected to an outlet of the fluid feed path. Communication holes which communicate with the fluid feed path are respectively formed in the primary rubber packing and the mounting plate. A fluid hose is connected to the communication hole of the mounting plate.

摘要： A plug for a pipeline fitting is provided and includes a cylindrical body having an annular sealing groove, an O-ring fitted in the annular sealing groove, an expanding plate having an outer edge inserted into an annular locking groove of the pipeline fitting, and an expanding device connected to a plugging machine to insert the expanding plate into the locking groove of the fitting. The expanding plate is divided into two half plates and has a central opening with a minor axis in the direction of expansion and a major axis perpendicular to the expansion direction. The expanding plate has elongated holes and pins formed at positions symmetrical with respect to the dividing line of the expanding plate. The cylindrical body has threaded holes formed at positions corresponding to the elongated holes of the expanding plate. Screws are screwed into the threaded holes through the elongated holes to couple the expanding plate to the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body has a central circular recess. The expanding device includes a lower disc inserted into the circular recess of the cylindrical body, an upper disc having a pair of curved elongated holes engaged with the pins of the expanding plate to move the pins outwardly, an annular groove formed between the upper and lower discs, and a connecting portion to be connected to the plugging machine.

摘要： A pipe interruption fitting having a flange is removable after pipe maintenance work has been completed. The fitting includes an upper reinforcing plate, an inner surface of which has a curvature corresponding to an outer surface of the pipe, and a vertical pipe welded to the upper reinforcing plate. The fitting further includes an adaptor welded to the vertical pipe. Bolt holes are formed in an upper surface of the adaptor. A through hole is formed through the adaptor. An annular groove is formed in an inner surface of the through hole. The flange is removably coupled to the adaptor. Coupling holes are formed in the flange for installation of a boring machine or a stopple machine. The fitting further includes a plug fitted into the through hole of the adaptor and having an expansion plate to be inserted into the annular groove. A cover is adapted to be inserted into the through hole of the adaptor and to be welded thereto.

摘要： A horizontal cutting type-tapping machine has a vertically extending drive shaft and a pair of detachably engaged surface gears. The surface gears have a curved upper surface gear, fixedly connected to the drive shaft, and a lower surface gear. A gearbox is connected to the lower surface gear and converts a horizontal rotating force of the drive shaft to a vertical rotating force. An externally threaded shaft is horizontally mounted to a vertically rotating gear of the gearbox. An internally threaded sleeve is disposed in the gear housing of the gear box and engages the externally threaded shaft so as to be horizontally moved by rotation. A saw part is fixed to a front end of the internally threaded sleeve. An internal tube, mounted around the drive shaft, has a thread at its upper portion and a lower portion with a diameter smaller than that of the upper portion. A vertically moving sleeve is slidably mounted around the lower portion of the drive shaft. A holding member holds the outside of the lower portion of the internal tube. An external tube engages the internal tube via its inner thread. A set screw secures the external tube at the drive shaft. A bearing supports the drive shaft at the external tube. A link rotatably connects the lower portion of the sleeve to the gearbox. A drive is connected to the drive shaft.
