    摘要： A method and apparatus to check an operation of a piezoelectric inkjet head includes a first current detection unit to detect a first current output from a piezoelectric element of the piezoelectric inkjet head when a predetermined voltage is applied, a second current detection unit to detect a second current from a capacitor having a capacitance with the same magnitude as a capacitor component of the piezoelectric element when the voltage is applied to the capacitor, and a third current detection unit to detect a third current corresponding to a difference between the first current and the second current, as the amount of deformation of the piezoelectric element according to the application of the voltage.

In the method, a transparent substrate is prepared, and a black matrix of a pixel pattern is formed on the transparent substrate. At least one pixel on the transparent substrate is selected, and an ink is ejected into the selected pixel in order to fabricate the color filter. The ejected ink is then promptly dried using a dryer.

The inkjet printhead may includes a plurality of ink pressure chambers, a plurality of piezoelectric actuators to provide the plurality of ink pressure chambers with a driving force for ink ejection, an ink manifold to supply the plurality of pressure chambers, a plurality of restrictors disposed in the ink flow path between the manifold and the plurality of pressure chambers, a plurality of ink ejecting nozzles coupled to the plurality of pressure chambers, and a plurality of unidirectional shutters. The shutters may be disposed at respective outlets of the plurality of restrictors and may be adapted to open the restrictor when ink is supplied from the restrictor to the pressure chamber and close the restrictor and restrict or prevent the backflow of ink when ink is ejected from the pressure chamber through the nozzle.
