    Abstract: Disclosed is a correction system for an alignment film printing plate, including: a roller and a printing plate mounted as a sleeve outside of the roller, wherein a first end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of buckle groups, and a second end portion of the printing plate is provided thereon with a plurality of columns of slot groups engaged with the buckle groups. The correction system for the alignment film printing plate further includes an image controller used for measuring a deviation value between an actual position and a preset position for printing of an alignment film on a substrate. The correcting system of the alignment film printing plate has a simple structure and is capable of realizing different stretching degrees of an alignment film pattern at different positions on the printing plate, so as to improve a correction effect of the printing plate. As a result, deviation can be reduced between an actual position and a preset position for printing of the alignment film on the substrate, without significant increase in costs.

    Abstract: A method forming an alignment layer for a liquid crystal display device including: attaching a transfer film on a printing roll, the transfer film including a convex portion having first-sized halftone dots and second-sized halftone dots; positioning a substrate on a printing table; providing aligning solution on an anilox roll using a doctor roll; and transferring the aligning solution on the anilox roll to the transfer film while moving the printing table and rotating the printing roll, and then coating the aligning solution on the substrate to thereby form an alignment layer on the substrate.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes an array substrate, a color filter substrate and a liquid crystal layer. A plurality of parallel gate lines is disposed on the array substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The liquid crystal layer has a thickness gradually decreasing along a direction from an output near-end to an output far-end of the gate line.     Abstract: The present invention provides a pixel structure and a liquid crystal display panel. Based on the theory of color, the pixel structure includes, in each of pixel units, a first sub-pixel (P1), a second sub-pixel (P2), a third sub-pixel (P3), a the fourth sub-pixel (P4) arranged sequentially in a line. The first sub-pixel (P1) and the fourth sub-pixel (P4) are respectively arranged at two sides of the second sub-pixel (P2) and the third sub-pixel (P3). The second sub-pixel (P2) and the third sub-pixel (P3) have areas that are identical. The first sub-pixel (P1) and the fourth sub-pixel (P4) have color resists having the same color. The first sub-pixel (P1) and the fourth sub-pixel (P4) have areas that are one half of the area of the second sub-pixel (P2). By setting the color of the first sub-pixel (P1) and the fourth sub-pixel (P4) as a color that is opposite to the color toward which color shift may happen, color correction can be achieved and color shifts at different viewing angle may be compensated to thus improve color shift at large viewing angles.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an alignment film printing plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The alignment film printing plate includes a backing protection layer (1) and a bottom sheet (2). The bottom sheet (2) includes a plurality of first circular bumps (21) formed on and distributed in a circumferential edge portion thereof and a plurality of second circular bumps (22) formed on and arranged in a central portion of the bottom sheet (2) and surrounded by the plurality of first circular bumps (21). The first circular bumps (21) have a diameter smaller than a diameter of the second circular bumps (22). When the alignment film printing plate is used to carry out a printing operation on an alignment film, since the plurality of first circular bumps (21) distributed in the circumferential edge portion of the bottom sheet (2) have a smaller diameter, the amount of a liquid alignment material received and held between the first circular bumps (21) is relatively small so that irregular splashing of the liquid alignment material occurring on a boundary area of the alignment film can be reduced and printing accuracy on the boundary area of the alignment film can be improved.
