Abstract: A downlight apparatus includes a light source, a light holder, a driver box, a fixing bracket and two torsion springs. The light holder is used for placing the light source. The light holder has a first side defining a light opening. The driver box is placed on a second side of the light holder. The driver box contains a driver for converting an external power to a driving current supplied to the light source to emit a light from the light opening. The fixing bracket is coupled to the light holder for fixing to an installation cavity. The fixing bracket has a bottom plate and two connector plate. The bottom plate is fixed to the second side of the light holder. The two connector plates are disposed vertically to the bottom plate. Each connector plate has two side units. Each torsion spring has an elastic center and two arms.

The protruding part of the pad scraper scraps a portion of the electric insulation layer of the holder plate for connecting the holder plate to ground.

Abstract: A light platform apparatus is provided for installing a light device. The light platform apparatus includes an installation plate and a guiding unit. The installation plate has a light device area on an inner side of the installation plate for mounting the light device. A light output from the light opening of the light device passes through the light escape to an outer side of the installation plate main body. The guiding unit is corresponding to a fixing unit. The fixing unit is extended from the bottom edge of the driver box outwardly. The guiding unit provides a sliding path for the fixing unit to slide in and then keeps the fixing unit fixed to the guiding unit for fixing the driver box to the installation plate.

The stop unit is fixed to the installation escape. The stop unit has a switch holder and a wire holder. A manual switch is placed in the switch holder and an enlarged wire head of an power wire is placed in the wire holder. An operation part of the manual switch is exposed outside the driver box. The manual switch is connected to the driver for adjusting a setting of the driver.
