Abstract: The present invention provides a method for treating dye wastewater. The method includes: firstly, homogenizing the dye wastewater to balance the quality of the dye wastewater from different processes; then subjecting the homogenized dye wastewater to anaerobic treatment to remove most of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total suspended solids (SS) in the wastewater; and finally subjecting the dye wastewater after the anaerobic treatment to circulating anaerobic-oxic treatment in a membrane bioreactor (MBR). In the present invention, the MBR is filled with a quinone-based hollow fiber membrane. The quinone acts as an electron mediator to accelerate an enzymatic reaction for dye decolorization during the anaerobic process, thereby achieving the purpose of efficient decolorization. The oxic treatment process further removes the COD and SS in the wastewater, so that the effluent meets a first-level discharge standard. The results of the examples show that by treating the dye wastewater by the method provided by the present invention, the COD in the effluent is less than 100 mg/L, the chromaticity is less than 20 times, and the SS is 0.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for treating wastewater containing heavy metal. First, the wastewater containing heavy metal is subjected to a homogenization treatment, such that the water quality of the wastewater containing heavy metal from different processes is homogenized. The homogenized wastewater containing heavy metal is subjected to an anaerobic-aerobic circulating treatment in a membrane bioreactor (2), in which heavy metal ions are reduced by the action of microorganisms in the anaerobic treatment process. The membrane bioreactor (2) is filled with a hollow fiber membrane (3) containing a quinone group, which serves as an electron mediator that can accelerate the enzymatic reduction of heavy metal ions during the anaerobic treatment. During the aerobic treatment, the COD and SS in the wastewater are further removed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a nitrile rubber composite, a preparation method thereof and a sealing ring using the composite, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The nitrile rubber composite provided by the present invention contains the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of crude nitrile rubber, 0.1-5 parts of liquid nitrile rubber modified graphene oxide; 60-90 parts of liquid nitrile rubber modified carbon black; 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent; 2-6 parts of compound vulcanizing agent; and 1-3 parts of accelerant. In the nitrile rubber composite provided by the present invention, liquid nitrile rubber and crude nitrile rubber have a similar structure, liquid nitrile rubber modified graphene oxide and carbon black are adopted such that the obtained liquid nitrile rubber modified graphene oxide, liquid nitrile rubber modified carbon black and crude nitrile rubber have a good compatibility, and liquid nitrile rubber also can participate in the vulcanization of nitrile rubber. The sealing ring is prepared by using the nitrile rubber composite of the present invention to produce a sealing ring that is high in hardness and tensile strength, low in permanent compression and long in service life.

Abstract: A method for treating domestic sewage includes: preliminarily treating the domestic sewage through a grating and a grit chamber, so as to remove large-particle solids in the domestic sewage; and subjecting the domestic sewage after the preliminary treatment to circulating anaerobic-oxic treatment in a membrane bioreactor (MBR). In the oxic treatment process, microorganisms oxidize nitrogen in the sewage into nitrite or nitrate. Under anaerobic conditions, denitrifying bacteria in the microorganisms reduce the nitrate, releasing molecular nitrogen or nitrous oxide. In the present invention, the MBR is filled with a quinone-based hollow fiber membrane. During the microbial denitrification, the quinone acts as an electron transfer carrier to participate in the denitrification to promote the reduction of the nitrate (nitrite), increasing the denitrification rate under anaerobic conditions, and achieving the purpose of efficient denitrification.

Abstract: This present disclosure relates to a method for preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane with functional anthraquinones. The method is carried out according, to the following steps: step 1: preparing 2-(1-hydroxy-3-butene)-1,4,5,8-tetramethoxyl naphthalene; step 2: preparing polyvinylidene fluoride-aromatic ether copolymers: polyvinylidene fluoride was used as the initiator, 2-(1-hydroxy-3-butene) -1,4,5,8-tetramethoxynaphthalene was the monomer, N,N-dimethylformamide was solvent, cuprous chloride/Me6TREN was the catalytic, polyvinylidene fluoride-aromatic ether copolymer was synthesized by atomic transfer radical polymerization; step 3: reducing the polyvinylidene fluoride-aromatic ether copolymer to quinone by demethoxy oxidation; step 4: using the product of step 3 and N, N-dimethylformamide a film-forming reagents, then scraping into a membrane. Further, the anthraquinone which fixed in the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane would not fall off.
