摘要： A charge pump device is provided. The charge pump device includes a clamping unit providing a first pulse and a second pulse having a phase identical to that of the first pulse, wherein each of the first and the second pulses has an amplitude; a charge pump unit outputting a first voltage in response to the first pulse and the second pulse; and a feedback unit outputting a second voltage in response to the first voltage, wherein the clamping unit adjusts the amplitude of one of the first pulse and the second pulse in response to the second voltage to regulate the first voltage.
