摘要： A method for inhibiting adverse reaction of the contents of a prefilled container during a radiation sterilization procedure is disclosed. In the method, a container which is made of a material including a radiation stable polyolefin is prefilled with a medium prior to being subjected to a gamma irradiation sterilization treatment. By using a radiation stable polyolefin material as the container, such as a polyolefin with a radiation stabilizer additive, and by prefilling the container prior to the gamma irradiation treatment, the container can be effectively sterilized without adversely affecting its contents.
