    摘要: An image display device is provided. The device includes a display screen, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The storage unit stores images and selection interface information. The selection interface information includes a plurality of catalogues each of which collects one or more images. The processing unit includes a selection interface display module, a selection control module, and an image search module. The selection interface display module controls the display screen to display a selection interface that provides the catalogues for selection according to the selection interface information. The selection control module generates a selection signal in response to a selection operation on the selection interface. The selection signal indicates which catalogue on the selection interface is selected. The image search module searches the storage unit for the images according to the selection signal. An image display method is also provided.

The region defining unit defines regions by incorporating one or more unit regions in each of the regions according to users' selections and generates region defining information. The content allocating unit allocates contents for the regions according to the users' selections and generates content allocating information. The obtaining unit obtains the region defining information, the content allocating information, and contents according to the content allocating information, and then transmits the information and contents to the display controlling unit. The display controlling unit splits a display area of the display unit into the regions defined by the region defining unit and displays the contents in the regions correspondingly according to the content allocating information. Related methods are also provided.

    摘要: A mouse with a screen saver control function is provided. The mouse includes a left button, a right button, a scroll button, a screen saver control button, a memory unit, and a micro-processing unit. The memory unit stores a simulation program. When receiving a signal from the screen saver control button, the micro-processing unit runs the simulation program of the memory unit, and generates simulated input signals to a computer connected thereto, and thus to prevent the computer from running a screen saver program. Utilizing the mouse, a computer user can control a screen saver of the computer momentarily, without resetting a duration of initiating the screen saver program. Therefore, the mouse is very convenient for the computer user to control the computer.

    摘要: A robot and its component control module are disclosed. The robot includes a CPU and at least two component modules. Each component control module includes at least one actuator, at least one sensor, and a controller. The sensor is used for detecting outside information and correspondingly generating a sensing signal. The controller receives the sensing signal, controls the actuator to perform an action according to the sensing signal and sends the sensing signal to the CPU. The CPU receives the sensing signal, gets the outside information associated with the sensing signal, generates action instruction according to the outside information, and sends out the action instruction to the corresponding component control module. The controller of the corresponding component control module controls the actuator of the component control module to perform an action according to the action instruction. The robot responds quickly to outside information.

    摘要: The present invention provides a portable electronic device. The device includes a first controller, a second controller, a mode switch unit, and a main controller. The mode switch unit is for a user to operate thereby generating a mode switch instruction. The main controller is for switching a work mode according to the mode switch instruction from the mode switch unit. When the mode switch unit generates a first mode switch instruction, the device enters a common work mode whereby the main controller activates the first controller and the second controller to be on standby; and when the mode switch unit generates a second mode switch instruction, the device enters a single work mode whereby the main controller activates only one of the first controller and the second controller to be on standby.
