摘要： A Generic Access Network (GAN) and a method for implementing services by using the GAN are disclosed. The GAN is configured to connect a generic IP network with a target network, and includes a Generic Access Network Controller (GANC) configured to enable a User Equipment (UE) to access the target network via the generic IP network. The GANC includes: a user interface, configured to connect the UE; and a Policy and Charging Control (PCC) interface, configured to trigger a process of establishing bearers of the generic IP network.
