The method includes: receiving a video content obtaining request from a telecommunication video resource platform; obtaining, according to the video content obtaining request, data content that is of a web server and corresponds to the video content obtaining request; converting the data content into display content in a video form; and sending the display content in the video form. In the embodiments of the present invention, a capability of generating video content in real time according to dynamic information is achieved, and the real-time video service is provided in the telecommunication network.
