摘要： A method and system for allocating a media resource and a device for controlling a media resource. The method for allocating a media resource includes: allocating the media resource processing devices for a resource operation request based on the stored ability information of the various media resource processing devices when the resource operation request is received; and updating the stored ability information of the media resource processing device dynamically. The device for controlling a media resource includes: a memory unit adapted to store the ability information of various media resource processing devices; an allocation unit adapted to allocate media resource processing devices for the resource operation request based on the ability information stored in the memory unit; a dynamic update unit adapted to update the ability information of the media resource processing device stored in the memory unit dynamically.

摘要： A method of allocating media resources includes: receiving a media resource request from a media resource requesting entity; selecting a media resource processing device capable of fulfilling the requirement according to previously acquired media resource capability information of media resource processing devices, to perform the service operation relating a media resource. A device and a system for allocating media resources are also described. According to these solutions, reasonable resource allocation and balanced loads on resources are achieved by acquiring necessary information.

摘要： A video interworking gateway device, a system and method for implementing a video phone call service are provided, which processes the service when a call object changes if the call is not disconnected. The system includes a video interworking gateway device, a broadband resource device and a bearer connection device. The video interworking gateway device negotiates with a calling H.324 entity about parameters, and connects the calling H.324 entity to the broadband resource device on obtaining negotiation parameters of the calling H.324 entity; the video interworking gateway device negotiates with a called H.324 entity about parameters, obtains negotiation parameters of the called H.324 entity, exchanges the negotiation parameters of the calling H.324 entity and those of the called H.324 entity between the calling H.324 entity and the called H.324 entity, and disconnects the connection between the calling H.324 entity and the broadband resource device.
