    Abstract: A liquid cooling device (1) includes a base (2) enclosing working fluid therein and absorbing heat from a heat-generating electronic component, a heat sink (10) fluidically connecting with the base, and a pump (3) driving the working fluid to circulate between the base and the heat sink. The heat sink has closed top and bottom ends, and includes an outer tube (100) and an inner tube (30) disposed in the outer tube. First and second receiving chambers (34, 14) are respectively formed in the inner tube and between an inner surface of the outer tube and an outer surface of the inner tube for receiving the working fluid therein. The first receiving chamber communicates with the second receiving chamber at an end thereof so that the working fluid flows from the first receiving chamber to the second receiving chamber.

    Abstract: A heating device is connected with an inlet and an outlet, and includes multiple heating units for providing heat energy to the water, at least one processing unit electrically connected to the heating units so as to adjust the heating units. Multiple sensors are connected close to the outlet and sense water flow and water temperature. A switch is electrically connected the sensors so activate the heating device. A power adjusting unit is connected to the processing unit and the switch so as to adjust electric voltage of the heating device. The switch is electrically connected with a power leakage sensor which shuts off the heating device when the power leakage sensor detects power leakage.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a heat conducting member (10) adapted for contacting with a heat generating electronic device and a fin unit (30). The fin unit defines a central hole (300) therein and consists of a plurality of fins (31) around the central hole and clasping each other. The fin unit fits around a periphery of the heat conducting member via the heat conducting member extending in the central hole of the fin unit. A clip (40) engages with the heat conducting member and the fin unit for providing a pressure to the fin unit such that the fin unit is intimately fastened to the heat conducting member.
